Worked closely with Monomi Park and Playdigious to align on vision, production constraints, and player expectations.

Led key trade-offs and feature prioritization decisions to keep production within budget and timeline, while preserving the core identity and player experience of the original game.

Led a small team of 2 game designers, providing direction and ensuring consistency across the mobile adaptation.

Ensured the coherence of the gameplay experience on mobile, adapting controls, pacing, and UX to fit platform constraints and player expectations.

Collaborated closely with engineering and art teams to support mobile optimization, usability, and overall production quality.

Contributed directly to gameplay and UX adaptations, refining controls and interactions to deliver a smooth and intuitive mobile experience.
